Unlike EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS requires only server- side cert ificat es. Flexible Aut hent icat ion via Secure Tunneling. I t was developed by Cisco. I nst ead of using a cert ificat e, m ut ual aut hent icat ion is achieved by m eans of a PAC ( Prot ect ed Access Credent ial) which can be m anaged dynam ically by t he aut hent icat ion server.
