User Manual WIRELESS HEADSET MF280 What’s in the box? MF280 Headset Ear hook Car Charger A/C power 3 di erent size ear bud User manual adapter (Small, Medium, Large) Getting to know the MF280 Charging by Adapter : If Adaptor added, the Indication LED will be RED. Low Battery Warning : When the battery is low, the Indication LED will be turned into Red and you can hear a beep every 30 seconds. Charging Port Volume Button Using your MF280 Microphone TURNING ON/ OFF Charge the battery Connect an adapter to the charging port of the headset and plug into power outlet or automobile (or any standard 12V~14V). When charging is completed, charging -1- English Power On Power O -2- English PAIR THE MF280 TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE MAKING A CALL 1. Set your mobile phone to Bluetooth discoverable mode. Voice Dial : Press MFB for about 2 seconds, then voice dialing is activated on the phone. If you want to cancel Voice dialing, press the MFB for about 2seconds during the Voice dial mode. (See you phone’s manual for detail instruction) If you dial with phone, call will be transferred to headset automatically. You must transfer a call depending on your mobile phone. Please check you phone’s manual for details. ANSWERING A CALL Press Multifunction button. SIMPLE PAIRING: If your mobile phone supports Bluetooth core spec 2.1, you don’t need to put PIN number to pair. (This function is only available when your mobile phone supports Bluetooth version 2.1) EASY PAIRING: If you use headset for the rst time, headset will go pairing mode directly. -3- REJECTING A CALL Press Multifunction button for about 2 seconds. ENDING A CALL Press the Multifunction button during the call or just press the “End” button on the phone. -4- English TRANSFERRING A CALL To transfer a call from Headset to your mobile phone and vice versa, press the Multifunction button during the call for about 2 seconds. ADJUSTING VOLUME You can adjust the Volume by pressing the Volume up (+) or down button (-) during the call. English 3. Rejecting a second call while answering 1st call : Press the Multifunction button for 2 sec. 4. Switching 1st call to 2nd call : Press the Multifunction button twice and vice versa. [NOTE] Three way calling will not be supported on Multi-point connected mode. MULTI-POINT: Using the MF280 with two phones [NOTE] Some mobile phones are not available for multipoint. MIC MUTE If you press the volume down (-) button for about 2 seconds, the microphone will be muted and you will hear a beep every 5 sec during the mute. [NOTE] The MIC muted mode can be deactivated by pressing Volume down button (-) for 2 sec. again. CALL WAITING Before using Call-waiting through the hands-free, check if the mobile phone supports hands-free pr le function. Further, be aware that “Call hold” and “Multiparty” functions are available only through network operator. 1. Answering a second call/putting a rst call into waiting mode : Press the Multifunction button twice. 2. Ending a 1st call and Answering 2nd call : Press the Multifunction button to end the 1st call, then press Multifunction button to answer 2nd call. English -5- 3.
