ENCLOSURES [Note] Use only the power adapter supplied with the unit. Using any other adapter could damage your unit, create a fire hazard, or cause a risk of electric shock. 1. Charging the battery completely(and keeping it charged) will help you get the longest possible talk and standby time out of the battery. On average, the battery provides about 10 hours of talk time and about 330 hours of standby time. Connect the adapter to the charging port on the side of the unit and plug it into automobile(or any standard 12V~24V) power outlet. When charging is completed, Charging status icon is turned off. -1- HOW TO USE TURNING ON/OFF TURNING ON : Please slide the cover up. TURNING OFF : Please slide the cover down. PAIRING TO YOUR BLUETOOTH PHONE 1. Please slide the cover up to turn on. 2. Press down the Multi-Function button[ ] for 3 seconds until the Active Dev List Model Name Bluetooth status icon[ ] will flash constantly. 3. On your phone, start a search for Hands-free devices(This process MK50 may take several seconds, and it will be different for each mobile 4.reference phone: see your phone’s owner’s manual for detailed instruction) 4. Your phone should discover a device. When your phone asks Active DevifListyou Input PIN Code Model Name want to pair with this device, answer Yes. MK50 0000 5. Enter PIN number “0000”. (4 zeros) 5.reference AUTOMATIC CONNECTION This unit supports Auto-Connection which makes it possible to be automati cally connected to the last connected device after turned on. To manually reconnect, press Multi-function button[ ] shortly. EASY PAIRING: This unit goes into the Pairing Mode automatically when it is turned on for the first time. SIMPLE PAIRING: You can pair this unit with your mobile phone without entering the pin number(0000), if your mobile phone supports Bluetooth version 2.1. MAKING A CALL English -2- English Input PIN Cod 0000 1. Last call-Redialing Press the Multi-Function button[ ]. 2. Voice Dialing Press the Multi-Function button[ ] for 2 seconds. Voice Dialing is activated on the phone. If you want to cancel Voice Dialing, press the Multi-Function button[ ] during the Voice Dial Mode. [Note] Please make sure that your phone supports the Voice Recognition first(See your phone’s owner’s manual for detailed instructions) RECEIVING A CALL You can hear the ring tones from the unit when incoming call. Press the MultiFunction button[ ] to receive call. REJECTING A CALL Press the Multi-Function button[ ] for 2 seconds. ENDING A CALL Press the Multi-Function button[ ] during the call or just press the “End” button on the phone. TRANSFERRING A CALL To transfer a call from the unit to your mobile phone and vice versa, press the Multi-Function button[ ] on the Hands-Free Unit during the call for 2 seconds. ADJUSTING A VOLUME You can adjust the Volume by pressing the Volume Up(+) or Down(-) button. MIKE MUTE If you press the Side Button, the microphone is muted. You can hear a beep every 10 seconds during the mute mode. [Note] The Mike Mute mode can be deactivated by pressing the Side button shortly. -3- English CALL WAITING To use this feature, you must subscribe to Call Waiting through your service provider, and your phone must support the hands-free profile. When another call comes in while you are talking on the phone, this unit sounds a tone. 1. To put your current call on hold and switch to the waiting call, press and hold Volume Up(+) for about 3 seconds When you release the button, you’ll be connected to the waiting call. When you want to switch back to the current call, press and hold volume up again for 3 seconds. 2. To hang up your current call and switch to the waiting call, press and hold Volume Down(-) for about 2 seconds When you release the button, you’ll be connected to the waiting call. [Recommended] Press the “SEND” button of your mobile phone to activate the Call Waiting function. [Note] Some features may not be compatible with certain mobile phones. RESETTING THE HANDS-FREE If you are having some trouble with this unit or you want to delete all your information(paired device information, etc.), you can reset it. Press and hold Volume Up(+) and Volume Down(-) for about 3 seconds. [Note] Resetting is only possible when standby mode after disconnecting with your mobile phones. MULTIPOINT The unit supports simultaneous connection with 2 mobile phones with full control of each unit. [Note] This feature may not be compatible with certain mobile phones. 1. Multi-point Connect Set the unit into the pairing mode first, and search the unit individually from 2 mobile phones. Make sure one mobile phone is connected properly to the unit before trying the other one. 2. Making a call [To use the second mobile phone] Press the Side button for last call-redialing from the second mobile phone. -4- English Press the Side button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep sound. Voice Dialing is activated on the second phone. [Note] Making a call (To use the first mobile phone) follow the same instruction as section 3 described already. 3. Receiving a call You can hear the ring tones from the unit when incoming call. Press the MultiFunction button to receive call. [Note] Each mobile phone plays different ring tones. The primary phone without a call in progress is disconnected automatically, when the secondary phone is receiving a call. FREISPRECHEINHEIT ZURÜCKSETZEN Um die Einheit zurückzusetzen, drücken Sie die Multifunktionstaste und die Leiser-Taste (-) ca. drei Sekunden lang, bis Sie zwei lange Pieptöne hören.
