1. Description
TX - 5003 is a transmitter for short - range wireless data application.
It is used to transfer the operator (driver) commands to the alarm unit installed in the
car.
2. Controls
One button with a LOCK” icon
Four numeric buttons “1”,”2,”3”,4”
3. Indicator
One RED LED indicator
4. Arming the System
Press the “LOCK” button
TheRED LED” on the RCU will blink to indicate transmission
The alarm system will respond with two beeps of the siren, and by flashing the car
lights twice.

5. Disarming the System
Press the LOCK” button followed by your “PESONAL DISARM CODE
TheRED LED” on the RCU will blink to indicate transmission
The alarm system will respond with one beep of the siren, and by flashing the car
lights.
In case of a mistake start the procedure again by pressing theLOCK” button.
6. Battery Replacement
For the replacement of the battery, proceed as follows:
- Open the RCU by inserting a coin to the slot at the bottom left side of
the RCU
- Remove the rear cover
- Remove the old battery by pushing it out
- Insert a new battery with the (-) sign facing the board and the (+) sign
pointing towards the spring.
Make sure to use the right battery type
