NOTE To avoid damage to the touch screen, do not use any object other than your fingers to operate it. Do not tap on the touch screen if your fingers are not clean. Do not tap on the touch screen with gloves on. The touch screen may not function if you use a fingernail or other instruments such as a ballpoint pen. the basics _ 19 CHARGING THE BATTERY Charge it before using the player for the first time and when you haven’t used it for a long time. NOTE If you are charging the player while it is connected to a laptop computer, make sure the laptop’s battery is also fully charged or that the laptop is plugged into its power source.
