 1 Chapter 1 Introduction This Chapter provides an overview of the ZigBee Siren Repeater features and capabilities. Congratulations on the purchase of your new ZigBee Siren Repeater. The ZigBee Siren Repeater is a consumer electronic device, which is used for home automation and security.  3 Installation 1. Remove the battery cover  from siren. Observe correct polarity before insert batter-ies.        Operation  1. Join Function  For "Join" a network, please do the following instruction  Press the Join/Leave button for less than 1 second. The LED is blinking while processing. If the sensor has been joined with the controller successfully, the Green LED will be on for 2 seconds and then off. The Green LED will be off instantly if failed. 2. Leave Function    For "Leave" a network, please do the following instruction  Press Join/Leave button for 3 seconds to let the sensor disassociate from the controller.     The LED will stay off during the normal operation.   The sensor is equipped with a tamper switch. If the cover of sensor is removed, the sensor will send an alarm to the ZigBee controller. The sensor will be in "Awake" mode before replacing the cover.
 4  Chapter 3 REGULATORY APPROVAL FCC Statement This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the follow-ing two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation  This Transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.   This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncon-trolled environment . This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 centimeters between the radiator and your body.  3
