Further informationBATTERY REPLACEMENTShelf life: 5 yearsOperating time:  96 hours minimum (on Standby)8 hours operating time (once triggered)The batteries will require replacing after five years, even if the unit has not been used. Theexpiry date is shown on a label on the base of the SART. If the SART has been activatedother than for testing, then the battery should also be replaced immediately. The SARTSA50 is shipped with non-hazardous batteries.The SART should be tested annually as a minimum.
