Remove the battery from any protective packaging and discard the packaging accordingly.2.  Align the battery pack with the guides along the inside of the battery area.  Be sure the contact slots are in the correct position to close on the contacts. 3.  Slide the battery in until you hear the latch click.
English - 5Charge the Battery1.  Insert the adapter’s DC jack into the DC connection.2.  Plug the adapter into an AC power supply (standard wall outlet). Your battery must be fully charged (more than 7.5 hours) before you can use your speaker.Turn on Your SpeakerWhen you turn on your speaker for the rst time, it automatically goes into pairing mode. The Bluetooth icon (   ) ashes rapidly and is ready to pair, The next time you turn on your speaker, it searches for already paired devices and then moves into a standby state.1.  Press and hold   for at least 3 seconds.2.  All LEDs light and a power on tone sounds. 3.   ashes slowly while looking for Bluetooth devices. 6 - EnglishPair Your Bluetooth Device to Your SpeakerMake sure your speaker has been fully charged and is in pairing mode. 1.  Select a BT V2.1 or above device (mobile phone or music player) to pair.2.  Select the Searching mode on your Bluetooth device (refer to your Bluetooth device’s owner’s manual for details if necessary).3.  Your Bluetooth device should nd BTS200; select it and use 0000 for a pairing code if necessary. 4.  Verify that you are connected to your speaker. The Bluetooth icon moves to a steady ON state when pairing is complete.

Be sure you have a USB cable that will t both USB connections - the one on your speaker and the one on your cellphone.1.   Connect the USB cable to your cellphone and to your speaker.2.  There are no specic charging LEDs on your speaker; however, any charging LEDs on your cellphone may blink accordingly. If you are using the USB connection to recharge your cellphone battery,  your speaker must be turned ON.
English - 15Play Music through a Wired ConnectionYou can still play music through your BTS200 speaker even if your music device is not paired to your speaker. However, you must have a 3.5 mm headphone port on your music device. You can physically connect your music device to your speaker with a cable having a 3.5mm minijack at one end (not included).1.  Plug one end of the cable into your music device, just like you would a pair of headphones.2.  Plug the other end of the cable into your speaker’s 3.5 mm port labeled Audio in.3.  Use your music device to start and control music playback through your speaker.The following restrictions apply when you are playing music through a wired connection: •If both a Bluetooth device and a wired device are connected to your speaker, the Bluetooth device will take priority over the wired device. •The BTS200 does not control the wired device; it only plays music through a wired connection. It cannot operate   or skip . You must use the wired device to do that. •If you are listening to music from the wired device and you press   , your speaker will start playing music from the Bluetooth device if available.Manage SRS WOW HD™ On/OThe BTS200 speaker utilizes SRS WOW HD™  technology. If you hear a single acknowledgement tone, you have turned SRS o. If you hear a double acknowledgement tone, you have turned SRS back on.TROUBLESHOOTINGIf this happens... Try this...Disconnection due to Out of RangeAfter back to connection range, press “Stand-by or Phone” key for reconnection.No “Beep” sound after disconnection of A2DP HFPPress “Power & Phone” key to get connection of A2DP & HFP successfully.Sound is not clear or there is no sound at allPlease check BTS200 or your Bluetooth device volume level.Music won’t play on the BTS200 –Make sure your Bluetooth device has A2DP. –Check if both devices are connected. –Turn your BTS200  o and then back on to auto-connect with your Bluetooth device.
