REPLACEMENT TRANSMITTER
Model 471A, Single Button, Motion Activated Remote
The following Learn Routine can be used to program
this replacement transmitter to the system. Refer to the

Starter Kill System Learn Procedure
Key Start. Turn the key to the the start position. If
the vehicle does not start then proceed to step 3.
If the vehicle starts then the starter kill system is
not armed. Proceed to step 2.
Key Off. Turn key off and wait for 40 seconds. Turn
the key to the start position and the vehicle should
not start.
Cycle. Turn the key OFF and then cycle the key
from off to start position 3-times within 5 seconds
and then hold in the start position on the 4th turn.
Learn. Press the button labeled "Automate" on the
transmitter within 5 seconds (the starter cranks).
Repeat steps above to learn up to a total of 4
transmitters.
Test.
Turn the key OFF and wait 40 seconds. Turn the
key to start, the vehicle should not start.
Shake the transmitter to transmit disarm signal.

button labeled "Automate" and try again.
Motion Sensor Procedures
Transmitter will ship from the factory with motion sensor de-activated.
Activation Procedure
1. Press and HOLD the button. The LED will go off
and then flash 2 times.
2. Release the button. The Motion sensor is now
active.
Deactivation Procedure
1. Press and release the button 2 times.
2. Within 5 seconds, press and HOLD the button.
The LED will go off and then flash 4 times.
3. Release the button. The Motion sensor is now
deactived.

Ignition Kill System Learn Procedure
Key. Turn the key to the ignition position. If power
is present, then the ignition kill system is not
armed. If no power is present proceed to step 3.
Key Off. Turn the key OFF and wait 40 seconds.
Turn the key to Ignition position again. Power
should be present.
Cycle. Turn the key OFF and then cycle the key
from off to ignition position 3-times within 5
seconds, and then hold in the ignition position on
the 4th turn.
Learn. Press the button labeled "Automate" on the
transmitter within 5 seconds (ignition has power).
Repeat steps above to learn up to a total of 4
transmitters.
