2.4 Mechanical assemble
1. Open the test program named "cB-2150" and select artnr cB-0188.
2. Enter your name
3. Press Login.
4. Attach the “EPA Tester” connector.
5. Start the production and test of the board by pressing "Start". Wait as long as the status field is
YELLOW. This takes around 1 minute and maximum 2 minutes.
6. If the status field becomes GREEN, then the board is OK. Three identical labels (cB-7435-01,
BOM pos 3) are printed.
If the status field becomes RED, then the board is NOT OK.
7. Place the front label (BOM pos 2) on the plastic top housing.

8. Place one of the generated labels (cB-7435-01, BOM pos 3) on the back housing according to
Figure 2 and one on the side according to Figure 3. The remaining label shall be used in next
production step.
