Thistransmittermustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyotherantennaor

configurationsorco‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationisnolonger
consideredvalidandtheFCCIDcannotbeusedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,the
OEMintegratorwillberesponsibleforre‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthetransmitter)
andobtainingaseparateFCCauthorization.

Thistransmittermoduleisauthorizedonlyforuseindevicewheretheantennamaybeinstalled
suchthat20cmmaybemaintainedbetweentheantennaandusers.Thefinalendproductmustbe
labeledinavisibleareawiththefollowing:“ContainsFCCID:RK9‐RTL8188CTV”.Thegrantee'sFCC
IDcanbeusedonlywhenallFCCcompliancerequirementsaremet.
