using outdoor or indoor terrestrial antenna, choose terrestrial TV
option,
Analog TV

Cable TV: In case you have a general cable TV service
0 Country Code To set your country code to play Live
TV. If you choose a different country code, it may
cause abnormal operation.

However, if you use a video card that not supports DxVAmode, please

are recommended to check "Show hardware configuration In starting OnAir
USE HDTV GT' explained in the latter part of this manual. There is a list of

system. And then, usercan select ~Hardware Decoding/Acceleration (DXVA) "

suggestion for using USEl HDTV GT on it?
A: This graphic card doesn'tsupport DxVAmode. In result, the system can be
shut down. lf not updated to the latest Version (51410372), the system can
be shut down without using DNA mode. If this problem occurs. please
update the driver of Intel graphic card at Intel's official website
(http:/ldownloadfinder irtel.com/3cripts-e+Header_Supp_downIoads&)
Q: The error message of' You can't see the TV screen because other
application program (such as DVD player, Video player and so on) uses
overlay resource for starting TV program“ ofien appears.
A: This message appears when the overlay part of Video memory is already
in use. The followings are examples ofthe message.
1. You can use OnAir USB HDTV GT normally afler closing DVD player,
video player, or net~ meeting that are using the overlay part of video
memory.
2. When the resolution or color is sm up too high. or sets up dual output or
pivot function of graphic card, you have to lowerthe resolution and color

A When the sound and video ls not working inthe sy519m wrlh "NortonAnti
Virus Version 2003/2004" installed. please change the vrdeo source first If
this problem is strII happens, it seems that "Norton Anti vrrus 2003 controls
some specific files. To solve thrs problem, you'd better uncheck Windows

In case of ushg a USBQD cumroller card equipped with VlAchipset, there is
no problem h running OnAir USB HDTV only. However, with USB 1.1,
malfunction can he happened. If you have to ins1all a USB 2.0 comrollevcard
additionally. it is recommended to use 3 USE! 2.EI cumuflev card will NEC
chipset.

How canl resolve this?
A: If the above error code (11770300000) about the filter appears on the
screen, please check if OnAir Filer SDK is registered in program addl’del.
under the control panel.
If you have mstalled Filter, please delete it first. Alter selecting OnAir Filter
SDKI’oIder under program folder, you have to run setupexe to re-registerthe
filter Then the problem WI|| be solved.
0: I am using laptop PC Is there any suggestion to_rusing USE HDTV inthe
laptop PC?
A: OnAu USE HDTV GT works normally on the VGAsupporting the followmg
DxVAmodes.
*AT| Mobiity RADEON 750062 NB or higher) VGAor higher
* nVidia Geforce 4 G0 (at Ieaa 32 ME or higher) VGAor higher
DxVA mode of Microsott helps OnAir USE HDTV output nom1al video without
any frame drop.
The user can set up DxVA mode in the option menu ot OnAir USE HDTV

someframe drops due to the decoding olvideo source by Full CPU.
Asyou know, the Graphic Driver for laptop PC is not ofien updated. So Driver
may not support DxVA mode, If you have installed this driver that doesn't
support DxVA Mode, high CPU resource. frame drops or Syfiem Crashes
can happen. Finally. you have to disable DxVAmode or update Dnver to the
one that supports DxVA

0: Alter returning from Power Save mode, while starting TV program, the
program was shut down orthe video output was abnormal
A: In case of usmg a ATI Radeon graphi: card, shut down can happen. We
found out that this problem is found m the graphic card's inabiliy to restore
DxVA alter returning from Power Save mode.
This problem has already been reported and improved by ATI, but new
catalyst driver hasmya been updated It seemsthat it‘ll take some time for
ATI to release advanced VerSiunWe thinkthrs problem will be scored by new
versions of Catalyst Driver
Through the problem ofthe system down on the current version of Nvidia
