5 Wait until your Bluetooth device ap-pears in the list.pIf you cannot find the Bluetooth device thatyou want to connect, check that the deviceis waiting for the Bluetooth wireless tech-nology connection.6 Touch the Bluetooth device name youwant to register.#Touch [Search Again].The system searches for devices featuring Blue-tooth technology that are waiting for the connec-tion and displays them in the list if a device isfound.7 Enter the PIN code (the default PINcode is “1111”) using the Bluetooth device.Enter the PIN code while the message “Pleasefollow the instructions on your mobilephone.”appears.The device is registered in the navigation sys-tem.After the device is successfully registered, theBluetooth connection is established from thenavigation system.Pairing from your BluetoothdevicesYou can register the Bluetooth device by set-ting the navigation system to standby modeand requesting connection from the Bluetoothdevice.1 Activate the Bluetooth wireless tech-nology on your devices.For some Bluetooth devices, no specific actionis necessary to activate Bluetooth wirelesstechnology. CAUTIONFor your safety, avoid talking on the phone asmuch as possible while driving.If your cellular phone features Bluetooth tech-nology, this navigation system can be con-nected to your cellular phone wirelessly. Usingthis hands-free function, you can operate thenavigation system to make or receive phonecalls. You can also transfer the phone bookdata stored in your cellular phone to the navi-gation system. Making a call home easilyYou can call home without taking the time toenter the phone number if the phone numberhas been registered.1 Display the “Phone Menu”screen.=For details, refer to Displaying the PhoneMenu on the previous page.2 Touch [Call Home].Dialing home starts.pIf you have not registered your home num-ber, a message appears.
