![-6-WC18H Holster AssemblyThe Bosch power supply and wirelesscharger must be used in conjunction withthe wireless charging holster WC18H. Add/change Holster InsertsThe holster is compatible with the followingBosch 18V Drill/Drivers and Impact Driversthrough the use of specially-designed inserts(see Fig. 2a). When purchased as a toolkit, thecorrect insert is shipped with the toolkit. Whenpurchased as a starter kit, the correct insertshould be selected from the Holster InsertCompatibility table and installed according to theinstructions below.Note: Refer to Fig. 2a.1. Remove Screw/Nut 1.2. Loosen the (2x) Screw 2.3. Remove installed inserts, pinching the bottomof inserts and pulling them from the holster. 4. Position new inserts, matching left and rightsides appropriately. Grooves in inserts andholster should align.5. Retighten (2x) Screw 2.6. Reattach and tighten Screw/Nut 1.Installing the Charger into the Holster1. Slide the charger into the tray. (Fig. 2b) Besure that the charger is fully inserted into thetray and that the power cord is routed out theback of the tray.2. Slide the tray into the holster. ForWCBAT612-WCBAT615 batteries, slide thetray guide rails into the upper tray guide slot.For WCBAT620-WCBAT625 batteries, slidethe tray guide rails into the lower tray guideslot. Be sure to route the power cord throughthe back of the holster. (Fig. 2a)Removing the Charger from the Holster1. Unplug the power cord from power supply2. Remove the tray from the holster (Fig. 2a)3. Remove the charger from the tray by firstpulling charger up, then out of the tray (Fig.2b). The holster allowssecure installation in the cargo areas of avehicle, either fastened to a shelf or to a wall.Users with Sortimo® van racking systems mayopt to install the holster between standardSortimo® guide rails (Fig. 3).Unplug power supply andcharger from outlet beforeinstallation, storage, attempting anymaintenance or cleaning. Such preventivesafety measures reduce the risk of electricshock or fire.Do not use wirelesscharging frame WC18F invehicle. Charging frame may break and lead topersonal injury.Do not install power supplyand wireless chargingholster in vehicles without a permanentbarrier between cargo and passenger areas.Do not install power supply and wirelesscharging holster in vehicle passenger area.Power supply and wireless charging holstermust be installed in vehicle cargo areasaccording to mounting instructions. ![-9-Holster Side Mounting InstructionsThe holster may be mounted to shelf orworkbench side walls through the sidemounting holes using the hardware provided(Fig. 5).1. Determine desired mounting position andorientation. Holster may be mounted fromeither its left or right side. See Fig. 6a foracceptable mounting positions.2. If mounting holes are not available, markand pre-drill holes for side mounting bolts.Side mounting bolt spacing is 10 inches(254mm).3. Remove Bolt 1 (Fig. 2a) from bottom sidemounting hole.4. The lithium ionbattery can be charged at any time, withoutreducing its service life. Interrupting the chargingprocedure does not damage the battery.Charger Indicators, symbols and meaningOperating InstructionsIf the indicator lights are “OFF”, the charger isnot receiving power from power supply outlet.Continuous Light Standby Indicator (green)A continuous green standby indicatorshows that the working voltage isapplied and that the charger is readyfor use.Flashing Charge Status IndicatorThe charge status indicatorflashes while charging. Thenumber of green bars indicatethe charge level . All five barsgreen means that the battery is fully charged.The light then changes from flashing tocontinuous. Note: The tool and battery can beremoved from the charger at any time andused.Continuous Error Indicator (red)A continuous red error indicatorshows that the battery or the chargertemperature is outside of thepermitted temperature range. Assoon as the permitted temperature range isreached, the charger automatically beginscharging.Flashing Error Indicator (red)A flashing red error indicator signals adifferent charger fault.
