• Verify the positive lead and ground of cart.• When routing the Power Harness cable make sure the cable does not interfere with cartoperation.• The cable should be isolated of working parts of the cart.• Two installers are required to remove seat to avoid back injuries.Parts Required for Assembly of Power Supply Bracket and Mounting Power Supply1. Note: Two Persons Should beused to Remove Seat.1. Remove SeatNote: Be Careful of Battery AcidBuild up Around BatteryTerminalsNote: Frame Ground- Do NotAllow tools to contact fromwhen disengaging battery cable.Never allow a Positive wire totouch the cart frame.2. Remove Nut on PositiveTerminal Lead of battery3. Attach the Red Ringterminal of power harnessto battery4. Secure the nut back ontoPositive Terminal Lead ofthe battery5. Secure Fuse holder to cartNote: Make Sure Fuse Holder isin a Vertical Position with LeadsFacing Toward the Ground, andthe Fuse Holder is Accessible6. Route Black lead of powerharness behind plasticguard of cart7. Remove the nut on theGround terminal lead ofbattery8. Attach Black Ring terminalof power harness tobattery9. Secure nut back on toground terminal lead10. Secure Power Harnessconnector to Power Supply11. Mount Power SupplyBracket to cart. Locationis left side of battery

12. Install blue wire toelectrical system for keyswitch.MORE to ADDMike C.13. Route Power Harnesscable along frame of cart.Securing with tie straps.Note: The cable should beisolated of working parts of thecart.14. Replace the Seat15. Remove screw caps onthe side of dashboard,and save16. Loosen screws securingdashboard17. Pop off top of dashboardby running screwdriveralong the top of dash andbelow frame of cart18. Bend top right corner ofdash inward to get keyswitch assembly out ofdashNote: DO NOT LET KEYSWITCH COME IN CONTACTWITH FRAME OF CART19. Run screwdriver alongbottom side of dashboardto finish removing20. Sitting on the seat Clip a½” x ½” notch in the lowerright corner of thedashboard. This is toallow enough clearancefor the power cable to beran into the bracket andattach to the head unit. Bend corner inward to get key switch past frame
21. Insert bottom ofdashboard back intoplaceNote: BE CAREFUL NOT TOALLOW THE KEYSWITCH TOCOME IN CONTACT WITH THECART FRAME.22. Pull about 1’ 6” of cableout to be ran for theDisplay Unit23. Bend right corner inwardto allow key switch roomto be inserted24. Place left corner in place25. Push top part of dash intoplace26. Tighten screws27.
