You can use these programs individually ortogether. For example, e-mail address stored in Contacts can be usedto address e-mail messages in Messaging.Using ActiveSync®, you can synchronise information in Microsoft®Outlook or Microsoft® Exchange on your desktop computer with yourdevice. You can also synchronise this information directly with aMicrosoft® Exchange server. Each time you synchronise, ActiveSync®compares the changes you made on your device and desktopcomputer or server and updates both computers with the latestinformation.
