Your camcorder cannot play back the attached image ifthe file is in an incompatible format.To view an attached imageExit the NETWORK mode, then view the image following the same procedure as thatfor viewing an image recorded in a “Memory Stick.” In such cases, the attached file willbe stored next to the last-recorded image recorded in VCR or MEMORY/NETWORKmode.When no new messages have been sent to youThe message “No New Mail” appears.URL included in an email messageWhen a URL (“http://...”) is typed in the message, tap the URL. The browser startsautomatically and accesses the indicated web page.Notes•The maximum number of email message characters allowed is 4 000. More than thatnumber of characters will cause the excess characters to be deleted and a messageindicating that some of the text was deleted is attached to the beginning of themessage.•It takes a lot of time to receive the message depending on the attached image file size.Tips•You can automatically check the email inbox after sending email. For details, see“4 Setting other preferences” (p. 42).•You can skip an email message if its file size is too large. For details, see “4 Settingother preferences” on (p. 42).•For email messages, the maximum number of characters used for the subject and thesender name has an upper limit of 24 characters. When you receive an email messagewith more than 24 characters in these items, you cannot read the subject and thesender name on your camcorder.

With the exception ofImageStation’s rights to pursue injunctive relief in any court of competentjurisdiction, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federalcourts of the State of California.21. GeneralThis Membership Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you andImageStation with respect to the Service; and your Member Content, and itsupersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral,between you and any ImageStation representatives with respect to the Service andyour Member Content.If a court of competent jurisdiction holds that any provision of this MembershipAgreement is illegal, unenforceable, or contrary to law, such provision shall beconstrued, as nearly as possible to reflect the original intent of this MembershipAgreement, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.Any failure by ImageStation to exercise or enforce any right or provision of thisMembership Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisionunless ImageStation acknowledges and agrees to it in writing.ImageStation may assign this Membership Agreement to any third party at its solediscretion.
