The user programmable Reverse CTCSS Decoder will mute your FTM-400XDR/DE receiver when it receives a signal containing a CTCSS tone matching your programmed tone. This radio can send out the DTMF code by using the microphone keys or recalling a memory. A DTMF code with a maximum of 16 digits can be registered in up to 9 channels in the memory. It is convenient to register beforehand telephone numbers that are used for connecting to a public line from a phone patch.
